This impressive villa located very close to Santa Eulalia on Ibiza’s east coast has fabulous sea views and occupies a very quiet spot. Sleeping up to 10 people in 7 bedrooms, plus 1 staff apartment, Villa Leon is the ultimate in comfort for a relax-ing and wonderful holiday.

Surrounded by hills and trees, a large sea view lunch terrace occupies the upper floor; from here you can enjoy eating alfresco and gaze at the pine forests and sea stretching to the horizon.

A spacious open-plan lounge and dining room take up the rest of the upper level along with a modern, well equipped kitchen and an imaginative Arabic patio with beautifully carved walls.

Villa Leon also has, on its upper floor three double bedrooms, one with en-suite bathroom and a second bathroom for the other two.

On the lower floor there are two very large bedroom suites each with a living area and ensuite bathroom, one of them even has its own small kitchen. Both have direct access to the pool area. Al-so on the lower floor there is a sauna area for your complete relaxation and enjoyment.

The interior is large and very grand with clever use of lighting to pick up the finer points of the design. Outdoors the infinity pool extends from the front of the house and appears to drop directly into the trees and sea.

The vast pool terrace is surrounded by mature palms and flowering plants against the backdrop of Ibiza’s rich countryside.
