LOST MY LOOKS QUITE QUICKLY SO DECIDED I WANTED TO BE:

OR AN ACTOR

MOTHER SPOILT IT ALL BY SAYING THAT:

Scott Tracy & Joe 90 were puppets. (I still don’t believe that!)

Actors never make any money…….yeah right… thanks Mum

And told me to get a career….. But in what! So I chose Customer Service or did Customer

service choose me?

I apply myself to my L & D role to ensure I support everyone to be the best that they can be and have fun whilst doing it.

I strive to ensure my sense of humour and sharp incisive business mind combines to deliver support and development that gives people the tools and knowledge to be the best that they can be.

More importantly people understand that you can have fun whilst doing it.
