We specialise in the manufacture and installation of a range of glass products, e.g. Curtain walling

Overall, the company has around 40 employees, with;•20 people in the office•20 in the factory

1. An enquiry is sent through to us by the main contractor, e.g. Leadbitter.

2. A quote will be made and sent back to those enquiring.

3. If we’re lucky and win the job – happy days!!

4. A job number is created and materials will start to be ordered.

Working in the accounts department, I:

Input all invoices/credits Match all invoices to statements every month Answer all incoming telephone calls Input all of the stock onto the computer Input factory workers timesheets onto the

computer Order nearly all the stationary

I also make tea & coffee!!
