• On 2 April 2009, TMI rebranding exercise and launching its new name, Axiata with a new logo.

Celcom Axiata Management Trainee Program (CAMT)- The purpose of the program is to identify young

talented individuals who have just graduated that can lead and take the Celcom business to new levels.

- Especially for the fresh graduates.- CAMT training is divided to 3 stages

Skim Latihan 1 Malaysia (SL1M)- The aim is to develop and train Malaysian to acquire soft skills and the on job skills and help them prepare to enter the workforce.- Priority have been set to underprivileged graduates from a poor family background, rural area, and urban poor.

A joint program with INSEAD- The program aim is to strengthen and grooming the employee.
