Capability Map: Expense ManagementThe Capability Map is similar to the Value Stream approach used by Toyota and other organisations.The user edits the template, or drags and drops the shapes around.- Each shape is a key step, which has its own Process Map showing how it is done.- When clicking any shape, its high level details are shown.
