Martin has been working with internal communication and

intranets in some of the largest companies in Denmark since 2007

and through this work he has gained a valuable insight into what

it takes to become successful and build a solution that the end

users love. He is a frequent speaker at events around Europe on

the topics of Enterprise Social and the Digital Workplace.

Prior to joining Microsoft he was one part of a two-person team

leading the introduction of Yammer at the Danish company

Grundfos as well as to lead the change communication efforts

around the introduction of Office365 in the organisation
