BUSINESS SITUATION
To support its country-wide network of agents and sales representatives, customer was using traditional client server applications, which were not scalable and the workflows were paper-intensive. To increase efficiency and productivity, they needed a state of the art Agent Relation Management (ARM) solution.

Besides analyzing their current system, we evaluated tools in the areas of customer relationship management, workflow management, document management and marketing communications.
In just nine weeks, we delivered the new ARM solution. The new web based recruiting tool for General Agents, Agency Managers, Policy Holders and Nominator was designed to help establish an automated process for finding and tracking agent issues.
We performed all work inside the customer’s network connecting to it from geographically distant offshore development center.
