Our day starts off with checking for any paperwork that may have been dropped off late in the evening.

The file room is organized by client/matter numbers…

We then sort the documents by client/matter number and classification.

New folders/redwelds are created for documents not yet entered into Accutrac...

Documents that belong in folders already in the system are marked with the redweld or folder to which they belong.

We then organize paperwork, redwelds, and folders for filing back onto shelves.

And loose documents are placed inside their corresponding folders

Redwelds/folders are placed on the shelves according to their client/matter numbers.

We take requests by
