Extraverted individuals are out going ,sociable , and assertive.

Introverted are quiet and shy.

•Sensing versus intuitive –

Sensing types are practical and routine and order ,they focus on detial.

Intuitive rely on unconscious process and look at the “Big Picture”.

•Thinking versus feeling –

Thinking types use reason and logic to handle problems.

Feeling types rely on their personal values and emotions.

•Judging versus preceving –

Judging types wants control and preferred their world to be ordered and structured.

• MASTER DEGREE IN MANAGEMENT STUDIES FROM JAMANLAL BAJAJ INSTITUTE OF MANAGEMENT STUDIES.

• SHE JOINED IN ICICI AS A MANAGEMENT TRAINEE IN 1984.
