Program Brief Description:

* 15-20 participants.* Workshops, one to two days each.* Each session will be focused on a core management issue. * Location for the sessions will be scheduled together with HR.* The sessions will be tool-based, presenting practical proven management tools along with action-learning exercises showing how to use them. * We will also visit Israeli companies in order to learn from their management.

Objective:Providing practical tools and methodologies for growth in local/global markets according to the customer business needs.
