THE FORMAT

The events series consists of 2 phasesPHASE 1: Slingshot WorkshopAtwo-day,experientialworkshop inwhichtheexecutiveteamsofparticipatingcompaniesundergoSlingshotFrameworktrainingseparately.Thepurposeisforeachcompany’steamto learnandapplytheframework individually inordertore-imaginetheboundariesofitscurrentbusinessandmarketspace.

PHASE 2: Slingshot SymposiumsAseriesoffour,one-daysymposiumsinwhichteamsofparticipatingcompaniesarebroughttogethertoexplorethestrategicintersectionsamongthem.Thesym-posiumsconsistofSlingshotFrameworkapplication, inter-companydiscussionsandprojectwork,aswell asexposure tovisionary speakersandbestpracticesamonggroupmembers.

Following the completion of both phases, additional events and an exclusive“Slingshot Future Shapers”clubmembershipareplanned,whichwillinsurecon-tinuous collaboration among participating companies, as well as the ongoingdevelopmentofinitiativesattheirintersection.TheseactivitieswillbecenteredatVillaBartolini(seebelow).

PARTICIPANTS AND VENUE

PHASE 1: Each participating company sends a team of up to 20 executives.Teamsarecomposedofthecompanies’high-potential,talented,youngexecu-tives,whoarebestsuitedtoassumetheroleoffutureshapers.The venue for Phase 1 is Villa Bartolini, whichprovidestheidealenvironmentforexperientiallearning. The former residence of the famouspoet, novelist, and playwright Elio Bartolini,thecharming,17thcenturyVenetianvilla issetinabeautifulpark inthemiddleofamedievalvillage.

PHASE 2:Eachparticipatingcompanysendsateamof8executivessimultane-ously,givingatotalgroupsizeof40-48people.Teammembersarechosenfromamongthe20whotakepartinPhase1.ThevenueforPhase2rotatesamongtheheadquartersofparticipatingcompa-nies-providingtheopportunitytohostthegroupandsharebestpracticeswitheachother.
