  - Dominique Perrault (1953) is a French 

architect. - He received his Diploma in Architecture in

Paris in 1978. - He became world known for the design of

the French National Library. - He currently heads Dominique Perrault

Architecte (DPA) in Paris. -In 2000 he opened a studio in Luxembourg

to implement the Court of Justice.
