A LOT

2014 2015

just to recap… I shifted

couldn’t live like that anymore…

and started building a parallel creative life

together with an old friend, we started a design “think tank”

to share and explore ideas

we develop our own projects

4515 - effortless time management

Good Networker: making sense of your individual professional network

Creating this parallel creative life helped me in 3 things:

Reconnect with old “professional” friends and find new ones

- 1 -

Learn new skills by taking on new challenges

- 2 -

Do things I care for and enjoy working on

- 3 -

WHY start a personal project

Like minded people

Constant learning

How to get started:

Based on what I learnt this year you gonna need 4 things:

- 1 - Find your idea or subject

Read Build upon your work

Look around

- 2 - Assemble your team

Where to look Aligned motivation

3 better than 2

- 3 - Find the time

Assess your time, identify the waste

Make realistic schedule

Commit to your schedule

• Figure out your MVP, say “not yet” to anything that’s not essential to it

- 4 - Go agile and lean

• Make short term plans• Work in sprints• Have tangible results often

1. Find your idea 2. Assemble the team 3. Find the time 4. Go agile and lean

How to get started:

be patient and enjoy it

thanks
