Amends57-4-203(k).Providesthatacharitable,nonprofit,orpoliticalorganization,oranyrepresentativethereof,mayacceptdonationsofalcoholicbeveragesandbeerfromanylicenseeholdingalicenseissuedpursuantto57-3-202,57-3-203,57-3-204,57-3-207,57-3-605or57-4-101;provided,thatthecharitable,nonprofit,orpoliticalorganizationservesorsellssuchalcoholicbeveragesandbeerataneventconductedbythecharitable,nonprofit,orpoliticalorganizationasaspecialoccasionlicensee.

Amends49-13-112(a)torequireLEAstomakeadjustmentstotheirpaymentstocharterschoolsataminimuminOctober,February,andJune,basedonchangesinrevenue,studentenrollment,orstudentservices,anddeletesrequirementforapprovalofthecommissioner;alsodeletesauthorizationforlocalboardsofeducationtoactasfiscalagentforcharterschools.Repeals49-13-112(b)(2),whichrequiredthatstudentenrollmentsusedinallocationsbeforthesameperiodusedincalculatingstatefundstotheLEAundertheBEP.Amends49-13-112(b)(3)toprovidethat,otherthantheauthorizerfee,acharterschoolcannotberequiredtopayanyfeesorpurchaseanyservicesfromtheauthorizer;ifthecharterschool
