AMENDMENTS
TO THE CHARTER
of ForteBank
Joint Stock Company
Approved
by the General Meeting of Shareholders
May 4th, 2020

To introduce the following amendments to the Charter of ForteBank Joint Stock Company
approved by the resolution of the General Meeting of Shareholders of ForteBank JSC No.02/14
dated December 30th, 2014:
1. In clause 2 article 4:
the words “National Bank of the Republic of Kazakhstan” shall be replaced with the words
“Agency for Regulation and Development of Financial Market of the Republic of Kazakhstan”.
2. In clause 2 article 5:
the characters “www.fortebank.com” shall be replace with the characters “https://forte.kz”
3. throughout the entire text the words “affiliiated”, “affiliiate” and “AFFILIIATED” shall be
replaced by the words “affiliated”, “affiliate” and “AFFILIATED”, respectively.
The person authorized by the General Meeting of Shareholders to sign the amendments to the
Charter of ForteBank JSC.
