Undertaken the project for Power plant Hazira, Surat. Where in the complete power block including critical foundations for 220 KV switch Yard at 515 MW Power plant. Central Stores Ware house and also a Critical work of Cooling tower

PROJECTSCOOLING TOWER

Undertaken the project for extension of two cell of Paharpur make Cooling Tower having two duct and one large basic RCC structure for more cooling of hot ware for steam turbine & extension of power generation at 515 MW Power Plant, Hazira.

And 3 more cooling towers on the same pattern of Paharpur Bhander Power Plant.

WATER TREATMENT PLANT

(Dharoi - II)

Undertaken the project for Gujarat Water Supply & Sewerage Board (GWSSB) Mehsana Division for complete civil works in water treatment plant of 80 MLD and output of 96 MLD capacity including calriflocculator of 38M dia, Aerators, Raw water channels, filter house consisting of 28 beds of filter media, Chemical house, re-circulation Sumps-2 nos. with pump house & Back wash ESR of 10/27 lac liter capacity etc. .

(Dharoi - II)

Also constructed Elevated Storage Reservoir of 27.50 Lakhs liter capacity for clean/treated water distribution at vav head works.

The total concrete involvement 1500 m3 (Grade M 25, M 20 & M 10) and Reinforcement of 105 MT.

The total project cost was Rs. 300 lakhs and was sub contracted by Essar Projects Ltd. The consultant for the project duration was 24 months and was competed in the year 2001.

COMPLEX (NC-6 & NC-7)

The consultant for the project was American Bureau of shipping (ABS)/ Mecon Ltd.

The total project cost was Rs. 1300 lakhs and duration 9 months and was contracted by Essar Projects Ltd.

PROJECTSPUMPING STATION COMPLEX (SPP - II)

Undertaken the project for GWSSB construction of raw water sump of 160 lac liter capacity and associated civil works of pumping station and control room auxiliary buildings, staff quarters, boundary wall for Pipli Pump house complex (SPP-II Project ) and miscellaneous civil works along pipeline route. The total RCC involvement was 10,500 M# and reinforcement 525 MT. the total project cost was Rs. 446 lakhs, duration 8 months. Contracted by Essar Projects Ltd.
