In Romania in the communist era, it
was 3 OEM’s company.
Now, it’s only one, Avioane S.A. which
is in an economic disaster.
There are 3 maintenance company and
around 8 suppliers companies.
If we analyze economically these 12
company, we will discover that 3, maybe 4
of them are in a bad economic situation (2
are private and 2 belongs to the state).
If we analyze by the age of the employees,
it’s a disaster! The age average in 10 of
them, is more than 45 years!!!
If we made an analyze about the
precarious work places, we discover that
in companies that belong to the state, there
are almost none precarious work places.
In private companies, the precarious work
places are around 10% of the total work
places.
