1 Hour of therapy costs $120. We
are reimbursed $88 per hour, on
average. Fundraisers, grants and
donations help us make up the
difference, provide financial
assistance and support services.
LONG TERM GOALS: FUTURE EXPANSIONThe Therapy Place has as its long-term goal to expand onto its adjacent
property. The new area would provide a designated, upgraded space
for our Bridges Preschool, expanded therapy space, family meeting
and activity space, space for after-school and recreational programs.
The new building and playground would cost an estimated $1.5 million.
However, we have already learned that dreams do come true!
"I'm telling you there is nothing likeFFD [Family Fun Day] in Columbiaor surrounding areas. We parentsneed an outlet and a safe place to
take our children. We may need tofind a bigger space soon! Yay!”
Mom, Jamila
