Park in one of the 70,000 car spaces in the City and catch the FREE GP EXPRESS TRAM SERVICES to the Circuit.

RESTRICTED PARKING: Grand Prix Patrons (non residents) will NOT be permitted to park close to Albert Park. ILLEGALLY PARKED VEHICLES WILL BE SUBJECT TO HEAVY FINES AND/OR TOWAWAYS. Access will be maintained to local shops and businesses.

Patrons can travel to and from the Grand Prix Circuit in the convenience and comfort of an Uber. Simply order an Uber through your smart phone device to experience the Grand Prix Uber service. Uber ranks are located at gates 1 and 2 (along Canterbury Rd), gates 3 and 5 (along Albert Rd) and gate 10 (along Fitzroy St).

It’s easy to travel to the 2017 Formula 1® Rolex Australian Grand Prix on Melbourne’s public transport network. Trains, trams and buses provide frequent services.

Metropolitan & Regional Train

METROPOLITAN Thursday & Friday: Peak Hours: 7am-9am, 4pm-7pm 5-10 minute intervals (most trains) Off-peak: 15-30 minute intervalsSaturday & Sunday: 10 minute frequency on most lines (20 to 40 minute frequency on other services).Make your way to Southern Cross or Flinders Street stations to catch one of the free shuttle trams running direct to the circuit.

REGIONAL Service details will be announced mid February 2017. Call 1800 800 007 (6am – midnight daily) or visit ptv.vic.gov.au for more information.

• Patrons with a disability may catch a train to Southern Cross Station (Spencer Street) or park in the car parks in the City and catch a FREE wheelchair accessible tram (Light Rail GP Express) from Southern Cross Station (Spencer Street), to the Circuit. Tram routes 5, 6, 8, 16 and 72 (GP Express) can be taken from Flinders Street Station at Swanston Street.

• Patrons will be dropped off at Gates 1, 2 (Light Rail GP Express), 9 & 10 (routes 5, 6, 8, 16 and 72 GP Express). For further information on these shuttle services, please visit grandprix.com.au/event/transport-information.

• A free internal shuttle service operates on all days of the event. For bookings phone Wheelaway on 1800 133 320 from Monday 20th March 2017.

Disability Services

Some regular bus services will take you to bus stops close to the Circuit, whilst other services will take you to the City, where you can catch the tram services to the Circuit (free tram for GP Ticket holders).

A SHUTTLE BUS SERVICE OPERATES BETWEEN CROWN AND GATE 1 AT PEAK TIMES MORNING

AND AFTERNOON. REFER TO GRANDPRIX.COM.AU FOR FURTHER INFORMATION.
