is for You
We, the unified faith community of OUR LADY OF FATIMA PARISH, include the churches of Saint Peter, Our Lady of Hope, Saint Michael, Holy Rosary and Immaculate Conception. We are a diverse, merged community with a long history of faith. As a community of faith, we seek to worship together and grow with the sacraments as we nurture a love of Christ and one another. As disciples of Christ through Catholic education we strive to help the youth and children explore, understand and practice their faith. As a body of Christ, we are committed to evangelization through Catholic education and fellowship. We seek to become a strong, active community rooted in charity.

From the Desk of Father Bosco Dear Friends, ‘Blessed are the hungry; they shall get their fill.’ It is in our emptiness that we are filled. It is in our confusions that we are guided. It is in our weakness that we are strengthened. It is in our sins that we are forgiven. It is in our hunger that we are fed. We believe that God has a homeland prepared for us where all our hungers will be satisfied and all our hopes will be fulfilled. This conviction makes it
possible for us to travel onwards with an ache in our hearts and an unquenchable longing in our souls. Saint Augustine states “You have made us for yourself, O Lord, and our heart is restless until it rests in you.” God is the ultimate fulfillment of all our desires and longings. ‘Eucharist is the source and summit of our Christian Life’. (Second Vatican Council) May God bless you and your loved ones in the week ahead.

Living a stewardship lifestyle, being grateful and generous with our gifts, serves a twofold purpose. One, it helps build God’s kingdom here on earth. Two, it is a road map to Heaven. Let’s help each other get there!
