At Frederick Boulevard Baptist Church, we exist to help those who are disconnected from God to become committed followers of Jesus Christ. One of the ways we seek to help people connect with God and His church is through what we call Community Groups. A Community Group is a small group of approximately 15 to 25 people who meet together for the primary purpose of Bible study and accountability. The people who make up a Com-munity Group may vary in age, gender or marital status. This affords the opportunity for every person to have a place that fits and meets their needs. The Bible says that as iron sharpens iron, so one man sharpens another. We invite and encourage you to connect to the Lord, His church and His people by committing to be a vital part of a Community Group.

During the 9:00 am Community Group time we offer childcare for babies, ones and two’s; which is basically how our two nursery rooms are divided. We have wonderful volunteers to look after your little ones while you are visiting a Community Group. Please alert our desk worker of any allergies or special instructions that will help in the care of your child. Please be sure to mark your diaper bags, pacifiers, bottles, sippy cups, etc. Sharpies and labels are provided at the nursery desk!

For children ages 3 years through 6th grade we offer age appropriate curriculum and classes for each age/grade during the Community Group time. The 3 year olds through 2nd grade have class in the Preschool area which is located in the South wing of the main building. There will be a desk worker to greet you as you approach this area, to help your children settle into the appropriate class. If you have children in 3rd through 6th grades, their classes will be in the main hallway by the nurseries.

Our 5th and 6th grades are combined classes, but split by gender. The boys have a male teacher, and the girls have a female teacher, which seems to work out beautifully for our preteens!

Welcome to FBBC Kid’s Life Department!

Taste and see that the Lord is good!

Psalm 34:8a

Come, check us out!

During the Worship Service on Sundays, at 10:15 am, we offer full nurseries for babies through two's. Should you choose to keep your child with you during the Worship Service, there is a cry room located in the northern section of the Worship Center if the need arises. There are rocking chairs, a few toys, and the room is dimly lit, with a large one-way window so you may still see and hear the Worship Service!

We would like to welcome all preschool, Kindergarten and first graders to Kids' Worship. Kids' Worship is held in the preschool area in the South Wing. Your child will start out with a large group of children who have the opportunity to Worship Kid's Style! They will participate in fun worship songs designed just for kids, take up an offering, pray, and experience corporate worship. In order to communicate on their level, we break off into classes with age appropriate curriculum.

Again, we are so excited you have chosen to meet with us today! If you have any questions, there are many capable volunteers to assist you, but feel free to ask for Chris Ellis, I’m the Children's Director, if you have additional needs or concerns! Thank you for coming, we are blessed to have you attend, and it is our prayer that you have felt welcomed and cared for, and that you will visit again very soon!

Join us for

DISCUSSION & FELLOWSHIP following the service each Sunday.

We plan to have snacks each week, and once a month have lunch!

It's open to all college and young adults, and we'd even love for people of all ages to join us and begin to get to know the college and young adults of the church!
