• Managing time effectively to meet expectations and needs of learners and the busy schedules of them.

• Enhance of experience how you teach?, using teaching features in LMS like (forums, live chat, virtual classroom tools, Assignments, group activities, … etc.)
• Implement a learning environment that encourages collaboration which offers more than just assignments and exams (i.e. use of discussion Areas and group activities).
