KENDRIYA VIDYALAYA ETAH NEWS LETTER Volume No. 1, Issue 1 Date— August 2016

those, who don’t rest on the laurels of the past."
We live today in a world that is so very different from
the one we grew up in, the one we were educated in. The
world today is changing at such an accelerated rate and
we as educators need to pause and reflect on this entire
system of Education. Are our schools well equipped to pre-
pare our children to face the challenges that the future
holds?
Questions such as these are factors that motivate us to go
through a continuous process of reflection and hence we at
KV Etah work at implementing a well balanced curriculum
to ensure that the children who walk into the portals of our
Schools will not just love their school years but truly be
prepared to face life’s challenges.

brate the70th Independence
Day of our nation, on mon-
day August 15, at 9am at kv
Etah open ground. Sanjeev
Kumar IAS, the chief guest
of the day along with Scout&
Guide was escorted by Mr Sabarjeet TGt Math, Mrs Chandra
Rekha principal of KV Etah. The principal welcomed the gather-
ing and introduced the chief guest. To commemorate the sov-
ereignty of our nation, the chief guest unfurled the tricolor flag
and all in unison sang the national anthem and expressed the
joy of freedom. To keep alive the flame of patriotism, the students from classes III to V performed a
patriotic dance and the students of the Music Club rendered a patriotic song that awakened everyone’s
feelings towards our motherland. Aditi Mishra of class X shared her views on the significance of the
day and highlighted the importance of the day. Mr Sabarjeet proposed the vote of thanks and appreci-
ated everyone for their wholehearted co-operation. Aditi Mishra and Sapeksh Singh of class X respec-
tively compered the program. At the end sweets were distributed to the students.

India celebrated its 70th Independence Day to pay tribute and remember
all the freedom fighters who had contributed a lot and fought for the Inde-
pendence of India. The first Independence Day was celebrated in India on
15th of August in 1947. This year in 2016,the government has also out-
lined a detailed 15 day program, with the name “AZADI70, also
called “7O Saal Azadi- Zara Yaad Karo Qurbani” which was launched by
our Prime Minister Narendra Modi. However, this program went on from
9 August until 23 August. The purpose to start this program is to recall 70
Years of our Independence or Let’s recall the sacrifices made by our
leaders and soldiers, etc.

search or travelling here and there. In this book Dink invites his fa-
vourate author name is WALLIS WALLACE. He want to write new book
by research. So, he planed with his brother a fake story of kidnapping.
He made arrangement to come to Book Nook to sign books. But he did
not come. Dink was upset because he invited author and he did not
come. He got the timetable of WALLIS WALLACE” He found that author come to airport than
hotel Shangri La and next day come to Book Nook to sign the
book “ first he went to airport to confirm that author come to
airport than who had dropped him to hotel because they have
an doubt on room 302 and 303. in the last they found the au-
thor in room302. RUTH ROSE found that the woman who with
them was author not that man, he was brother of the author.
WALLIS WALLACE was an female author. If you want to read this book you can borrow it
from the vidyalaya library. I like this book because it gives us something to think about!
