STEP TWO Log in to Online Proctor Site and connect to live proctor for

continuous video monitoring

STEP THREE Proctor enters code to Launch the timed test

TEST Download test materials from link in Test Question 1 Transcribe audio Submit final transcript: copy to test and email to AAERT

Open in Web Browser (Google Chrome preferred)

AAERT WebAssessor Registration Log In Launch

Kryterion Online Proctor Log In Take Exam

Approved Programs for Test

FTR Player Download a 20 minute, 4-channel digital FTR audio to

transcribe using the FTR Record Player

Microsoft Word (word processing program) Use your preferred word processing program, shortcut keys

and customized macros, if applicable The final transcript must be submitted twice:

SUBMIT: Copy and paste into the text box on the Test page Email immediately to: onlinecertification@aaert.org

Optional: Adobe PDF case info, logs can be printed in advance

REGISTRATION

STEP ONE

Step 1: AAERT Online Registration

Log in to your AAERT Registration Account

Step 1: Choose Test to Launch

Step 1: Click Launch

Step 1: Leave tab open for proctor to add code

SET UP for ONLINE PROCTOR

STEP TWO

Step 2: Log In to Online Proctoring

Step 2: My Exams shows test time

Step 2: Click to BEGIN TEST

Step 2: Download plugin

Recommended browser: Google Chrome

Step 2: Click Run and Refresh Browser

Different browsers will have different appearance Click Run where your browser provides a RUN link

Step 2: Choose Webcam and Mic Setting

Step 2: Download plugin to View Proctor

Step 2: Click Run

Step 2: Connect with Online Proctor

GRANT PROCTOR COMPUTER ACCESS

STEP THREE

Step 3: Download Applets

Download Applet for Proctor Connection and Run

Step 3: Click OK for Proctor Access

Step 3: Proctor enters Test Launch Code

Online Proctor enters Launch Code to Begin Timed Portion of Test

TEST

Download audio from link in Test Question 1 Open Microsoft Word Load audio into The FTR Record Player Open Transcript Template

Create Transcript Submit Final Transcript Copy and paste entire transcript in Test Question 2 Immediately email transcript as back up to

onlinecertification@aaert.org
