It is our survival. Our manna, our daily breath and in turn has become habit. A habit we abuse, misuse, and allow to slide past our tastebuds without experiencing. Food is not meant to be tasted but felt. A glance at a dish should transport us, enrapture our senses and bind each spoonful to a memory of which our soul needs refreshing. Guilt should not accompany our dressing and desperation, our morning coffee. And thus, “A Taste of Tuesday,” an artistic palate we all connect with...Tuesday.
