ACROSPORT:A PHYSICAL EDUCATION ACTIVITY.

Basic Acrosport Positions:

1.Sitting down with knees 2.On all fours face bent and arms extended. down.

3. On all fours with one leg extended in the back

4. Standing up 5.Standing up with one step forward. arms extended in the air.

6.Squating. 7.Lying down with arms in the air

and knees bent.

Hands grips:1. Hand to hand: Hands are joined in a shake-hands positions. Simple:

2. Claw:This grip is usually used for pulling a performer or holding a position. Simple:

3. Hand-to-wrist:This grip is usually used for pulling a performer or holding a position. Simple:

4. Arm-to-arm:This grip is used in advanced pyramids for support in the inverted position.

5. Interlocked wrist and hands: This grip is used for climbing in pyramids and for tossing .

Double balances:

One of the components of the figure is lying down with arms extended to the ceiling catching the ankles of the other component, who is lifting her body using the arms.

One of the components is kneeling on one leg and grabbing one hand of her companion while this is standing on one leg with other leg extended back and leaning forward

One of the components is sitting down with knees bent and one arm extended in the back. The other arm is holding her companion, who is doing hand stand with both legs bent .

Phyramids of three: In the base of this figure, we have one of the components on all fours face down, an the other componets are over she standing up with upperbody bent forward relying over each other.

On this figure, one of the components is sitting down with knees bent and arms extended. In the middle of the figure, we have one standing up with arms extended forward, holding the person who is at the top of the figure, who is lifting the body using the arms.

On this figure, we have a person on all fours face down like base. The other components are leaning forward relying over each other.

Phyramids of four:

In the figure On this basis, we have one component kneeling on one leg and other kneeling with another component sitting down with knees bent on his shoulders. And, on the top of the figure is the latest component lifting her body using the arms relying on the base.

Like base, we have a person on all fours face down with two components relying on her. One is lifting her body using the elbows, the other is lifting her body using the arms relying on the base with the legs grabbed by the component who is standing up with arms extended.

Like base of this figure, we have one of the components on all fours face down. Over she, two components more are standing up with upperbody leaning forward relying over each other. On the top of the figure, we have a girl standing on one foot with other leg extended back and upperbody leaning forward.

Pyramids of more than four:

On this figure, we have 5 components. Two of them are on all fours face down, and both have one person over them. This two, are doing an investment support (hand stand), they are supported on a last component, which is standing up with arms extended.

On this figure, we have like base nine components on all fours face down, and two components more are crowning the top. Both are standing up with arms extended and holding her hands.
