OF MIRRORS AND TIME
Mirrors are not just about vanity. On the contrary,
it is more to self reection and recognizing our
own strengths and weaknesses. Time is GOLD
as per the old saying When time is limited,
you have to make use every last second to be
productive.

SPARK YOUR CREATIVITY
You are CREATIVE. Mind games could be really intriguing
and it really does triggers your brain cells. Try this: From the
beginning of eternity to the end and space. I am in everyplace. What am I?
A NIGHT TO REMEMBER
The title says it all. Fun, laughter, drama , some gaga
moments and juicy details of jaw-dropping events!
At the end of the day, we present toyou Mr & Ms
LLDS: Kelvin Ong & Hon Jia Xin!

least, a
shout of
thanks to
all those who
made it throught
the seminar
with us. Namely,
the facilitators,
participants and ofcourse, the alumnus who
made time to share with us
their experiences!
Similarities
Need for ambition and alignment;
A basis for our planning;
Ambition and motivation for our people;
Description of main elements of action;
Differences
BHAG to summarize/represent the main
audacious end goal;
Innovation while capitalising on the best of the
organisation today;
So, what is a BHAG? Its an acronym for a Big,
Hairy, Audacious Goal; a goal so exaggeratingly
large and unattainalble that it will drive people to
achieve the seemingly impossible.
And so, we unleash the new BHAG statement!
To Be The Top GlobalYouth Organization
Heres a summary of what Id learnt and gainedduring my short stint at Hyderabad, India.
Global Networking:
A channce to meet over 600 high proled
AIESECers from over 107 countries!
Chance to be a part of something bigger:
Planning becomes a more tedious event
(responsibility wise) where it sets the direction
and goals for over 107 Local Committees fromaround the globe!
Cultural Differences:
Though we may have our differences, we
essentially are the same; no matter where were
from. Were active youth leaders set out to
change the world!
Keys issues from around the world:
We may separated geographically but key
issues such as HIV/AIDS, Sustainability,
Entrepreneurship and Cultural Understanding
occur all over!
