ALM (Template Project)Previously, projects created a project named xxx_template and
then customized this project. Then, when changes occurred, they
update the xxx_template project – so new projects would have the
changes. What about the projects already created using this
project? Did you go into all these projects and did the change?
In some cases, possibly yes, but in most cases, No
Now, in ALM 11, you can create a true template project.
You would then ‘link’ the new projects (or old ones) to the
template project. Changes to the standard is implemented in the
template project and ‘pushed’ to projects using the template.
Template projects are not available for Quality Center Starter
Edition and Quality Center Enterprise Edition.

(call Bug_New would run the workflow in project)
ALM (Template Project)
Remember, when working with workflow in a template project, you can
work with the TEMPLATE entities or with the project entities.
There is no conflict with the project entities, as the names are different.
ALM (Template Project)
To work with the project fields, use the regular names.
Do not confuse BG_USER_01 with BU_USER_TEMPLATE_01
