Sputum of patients collected and evaluated in three ways:– Control sample – not treated with any medicine
– Experiment sample – treated with fake Yagna fumes (burning medicinal woods) for 40 min
– Experiment sample – treated with fumes from a proper Yagna experiment (full process with mantra sounds) for 40 min
Cultures from the three samples were incubated at 35deg C for 8weeks to study growth of tuberculosis bacteria
