Step 1: Enter Single Desk Portal

Go to Investor Sevices tab and click on Change of landuse login/Registration

Step 4: Login using Credentials generated during Registration

Step 5: Click to apply for Change of Land Use

Step 6: Enter details as applicable and mandatory

Enter Location of Proposed site

Enter location of the proposed

Enter Details of LTP

Enter Land ownership Information

Enter details of site Area in Sq.m

Upload and enter Master Plan details

Enter ground position report

Enter access road details

Step 7: Upload mandatory documents and make online payment as required

Enter declaration
