EXAMINATION SPLBE

1A. Before you start, you must have the following on hand:

- Your own e-mail address (with password)

- Your own mobile number

(ex. 09271234567 for Philippine number)

(ex. +966501234567 for number outside the Philippines)

- Personal data (including date of graduation)

- ID photo in .jpg format saved on your computer, phone or tablet.

(You can request for an e-file if you have your ID photo taken at a

photo studio.)

- Passport number & Date issued

1B. You have three (3) payment options. Please make sure that payment is

made WITHIN THE DAY THAT YOU RECEIVE YOUR REFERENCE

NUMBER.

Pay in Philippine Peso through a representative in the Philippines

• Make prior arrangement with your representative to pay as soon as

you send the reference number. Amount is based on a USD

conversion rate which varies daily

• If you use any of these payment channels there will be service fee

of P50. If you choose to pay through a bank, there will be an

additional bank surcharge

• Bayad Center http://www.bayadcenter.com has over 3,000 outlets

nationwide

• 7-11 http://www.7-eleven.com.ph has 24/7 service

Pay wherever you are or through a representative in Philippine Peso

through GCASH http://www.globe.com.ph/gcash. This is the most

convenient mode if you are roaming with a Globe sim card.

• Your Globe mobile phone must have a load of at least P 2,000 (based

on 1 USD = P 47)

• Go to Apps / Globe Prepaid sim / GCASH / Paybills

• There will be 6 international SMS or text messages for each

transaction; the total cost will be about P 60, depending on the rates

per country

Pay in local currency

o UAE, Qatar, and Kuwait : Pay in local currency through

Ventaja-PayRemit https://www.payremit.com/about/findagents

• If you choose this payment channel, the service charge will

vary per country

• Pay as soon as you receive your reference number. Amount is

converted from a Philippine Peso rate which varies daily

o Only for the Kingdom of Saudi Arabia: Pay in Saudi Riyals

• Choose “Bayad Center” then pay at any Saudi Call branch

• Pay as soon as you receive your reference number. Amount is

converted from a Phil Peso rate which varies daily

1C. Examination Fees

Amount of fees is converted from US Dollar to Philippine Peso as

follows:

• For professionals requiring a baccalaureate degree = $40

• For professionals requiring less than a baccalaureate degree = $30

• Conditional = $25

Amount will vary on a daily basis but your payment will be based on the

day of transaction and as printed on your acknowledgement / transaction

receipt.

2. Visit the PRC website at www.prc.gov.ph and click on the CLICK HERE button for PRC

Online Services or enter the URL http://www.prc-online.com

3. If you are using this for the first time, click on the REGISTER tab and fill out the form. You

MUST create your OWN account using your OWN email address. Complete all fields using

drop down menu where applicable then choose ACCEPT TERMS OF SERVICE.

3A. Read the Terms of Service CAREFULLY and click on the green button if you wish to

continue.

3B. Click the SIGN UP NOW button.

4. If you have previously registered online, enter your email address and password. Then click

SIGN IN.

5. To activate your account, access your registered e-mail account, open the PRC generated

email then click Activate Account to verify your account.

6A. Create your profile. To make sure that information is accurate, you must fill up these forms

yourself. Where appears, search with the drop down menu. Do not type in the

information.

6B. After filling out your profile, click the SAVE INFORMATION button.

6C. Double check your information before you click on the YES button. (You will not be allowed

to change your name after clicking YES.)

7A. Your application details will be displayed. You may still edit your information (except for

your name) by clicking on the EDIT button. Click the icon to upload your photo.

7B. READ the photo requirements carefully. To avoid delay or disapproval, please upload

good quality ID photo. Click the OKAY button to proceed.

7C. Upload your picture via your computer or phone directory.

7D. To continue, click SELECT TRANSACTION.

8A. Select EXAMINATION.

8B. Select the Name of Examination, Examination Type, Date of Examination and Place of

Examination. Double check your entry. An incorrect entry will result in errors in the

processing of the Notice of Admission, then click the PROCEED button.

9. Just select Central Office as the PRC Office and June 10 as the appointment date for the

transaction. Then choose your preferred payment option.

10A. If you choose OVER THE COUNTER/ATM BANKING as your payment option, choose

your preferred banks for payment. Then click on SELECT button. (NOTE: when paying at the

bank, use BILLS PAYMENT form. Do not use Dragon Pay)

10A. A confirmation window will appear with a Reference Number. COPY YOUR

REFERENCE NUMBER. Give your authorized representative in the Philippines the reference

number and ask him/her to pay for the transaction.

10B. If you choose ONLINE BANKING as your payment option, choose your preferred banks

for payment. Then click on SELECT button.

10B. A confirmation window will appear with a Reference Number. COPY YOUR

REFERENCE NUMBER. Give your authorized representative in the Philippines the reference

number and ask him/her to pay for the transaction.

10C. If you choose OVER THE COUNTER NON-BANK as your payment option, the

confirmation will appear immediately. COPY YOUR REFERENCE NUMBER. Give your

authorized representative in the Philippines the reference number and ask him/her to pay for

the transaction.

Payment Instruction Page carefully to avoid any delay on your transaction.

11A. If you choose MOBILE PAYMENT as your payment option, enter your mobile number

(ex. 09151234567). Then click on the PAY button.

14. Click your name on the upper right corner of the screen and click the LOGOUT button.

REMINDER

Remember: always LOG OUT at the end of your online session especially when using public

computers (Internet and cyber cafes). This is to prevent others from accessing your account and

to protect yourself from fraud, identity theft and other malicious intent.
