Step 3: Enter the login details. Then click Submit button.

Step 4 : Citizen Login will be displayed

Step 5 : Click Apply for services and followed by view all available

services.

Step 6 : Search the required service and click to open.

Step 7 : Fill the Applicant Details & Photocopies details .

Step 8 : Click on I agree checkbox and fill the Captcha Code as given &

Submit.

Step 9: A fully filled form will be generated for user verification.

Step 10 : A fully filled form will be generated, then click on Attach

annexure.

Step 11 : Attach the annexures and save.

Step 13 : Click on Esign and Submit button.

Step 14 : tick Agree, and procced.

Step 15 : Enter your Aadhar id number and Email Otp

Step 16 : Seva sindhu acknowledgement will be generated

Step 17: Seva Sindhu acknowledgement will be generated. And click on Export

to PDF.
