• $248,731 passed through to the State Independent Living Council

• $667,231 for Older/Blind Independent Living Wisconsin (DHS)

– Serving 2,500 from wait list(completed June 2009)

– Anticipate 546 FTE hires by Sept 2011– OJT Hiring Initiative to create 900 jobs

$7.2M + $3.8M from UI ARRA-Administration Funds-Connect UI claimants to employment & training

-Launched 07/01/09 -44 Job Service new staff

545 total sessions been held w/ 7472 scheduled claimant 2749 claimants completed both resume & intake forms 3672 have completed either both or one of the two entry

forms. 763 have received counseling 2005 have been determined to be work ready 3001 have been referred to other training providers or

other supportive services: 989 to WIA services 106 to DVR 215 to veteran services 179 to W-2, 61 to Older Worker program 1129 to other services
