Man has need of creature comforts which only a mate can adequately provide. He has need of human companionship, human understanding and emotional reciprocity- these being also things- that only a mate can adequately provide. Man has sexual desire prompting him to effect the procreation. Thus man seeks his mate- a woman- and focuses upon her for release of his (and her) emotional energies which are generated by their respective central nervous systems.
