1. Login to virtuoso.com

2. Hover over your name and click “My Profile”.

3. Click your company name to access your Supplier Profile

How to Create Packages in virtuoso.com

4. Click the “Product List” tab, then click “Create New Product”

5. Select “Package” from the Product Type drop down

6. Fill out all required Product Information fields – they are marked with an asterisk *

• Name/title of the Package

• Valid for Travel = Validity dates of the Package

• Publish Dates = Dates that the Package will be active/viewable on virtuoso.com (1 year maximum)

• Booking Dates = Dates when the Package can be booked

• Number of Nights

• Location of Package

• Package Description

• Enter What’s Included bulleted list

• Enter What’s Not Included bulleted list

• If Package includes a Virtuoso hotel, select it from the dropdown

• Once complete, click the “Create” button

7. Offer Visibility - Select whether this package should be viewable to All (including consumers) or Members Only

8. Verify all visibility details are correct. Default content, such as Visibility on virtuoso.com, Terms & Conditions, etc. is pulled from your Supplier Profile on virtuoso.com. You can make changes to this information at the product level if necessary, or you can leave as is (company default), which most users choose to do.

9. Click “Save” to complete the product entry wizard

10. Once saved, you now have a live, active Package in virtuoso.com. You can make changes by simply clicking the “Edit” button within any section. If you need to make changes to the package dates, you can do so within the “Admin” section
