Introduction

A voice conference permits an aggregation of individuals to take part in telephone call

Conferencing frameworks regularly uphold different conference rooms

A graphical user interface that permits all members to see who is at present talking and alternatively who has joined the conference

Doing the project

Establishing connections between 3 hard phones

Creating a common conference room extension

Enabling a 3-way conferencing between the three user by dialing the conference room number

Work performed

Firstly we have added an extension which is shown as below

Configuring (MeetMe)

We have configured meetme.conf file and created a conference room number

Future work

Here we have used only 3 hard phones the number can be increased

We can secure the conferencing server by providing a pin

We can even use a bridge server instead and even a video server can be established
