Homework is for practice and to promote student responsibility Major projects in each subject will be graded Ongoing: Successmaker, Accelerated Reader (30 mins. each night/take tests), & Guided Reading assignmentsExpect nightly assignments in math; L.A., S.S, & Science varyHW Passes can only be used to postpone signatures (1 day) and to excuse nightly assignmentsHW expectations will be on the blog nightly

Strikes are earned when poor choices are made. (Disrespect, put-downs, foul language,
repetitive dress code violations, etc.)3 strikes = loss of 6th Grade Activity1 strike = loss of a 6th Grade Activity (after Spring Break)Any adult on campus can issue strikes
**Harassment/bullying of any kind and/or physical aggression are considered major infractions and will receive a strike and immediate referral to the administration for further consequence(s)

How: Kona Ice (Aug.), Robeks (Sep/Apr.), McTeacher’s Night (May.), Husky Howl booth (Oct.), Candy Cane Grams (Dec.) and anything else you would like to pioneer!

• No parking in Taber Drive LOOP…it is a pick up/drop off zone ONLY…move forward!
• ALL 6th grade students are to line up at the end of the 700 building on the blacktop EVERY MORNING!
• 6th Grade Packet DUE Fri. 7/25• School Packet DUE ASAP• Please join PTA…they support our classrooms and
school!
