• We must seek to balance life’s demands by managing our time

• Has your life become ‘out of balance’ when one of the 7 areas of life management becomes your centre?

• Balancing life begins by making God the centre of your life

• All the areas of life are interrelated

• A choice or action in one area will affect on all the others

• Balance in life does not mean equal amounts of time in each area

• Evaluate and reaffirm your purpose statement once a year

• Write 1-3 goals for the year in each of the 7 areas of life management

• Goals are specific, measurable and time-dated

• Write your measurable goals into your calendar
