Premium AEROTEC has almost 100 years of experience in the development and production of commercial and military aircraft. One of Premium AEROTEC’s core manu-facturing competencies is the Vacuum Assisted Process (VAP®). The advantage of this patented out-of-autoclave infusion process is that it avoids expensive auto-claves; a temperature-controlled oven is suffi cient for curing the resin. Apart from the economic benefi ts and the very high quality, VAP® also has the advantage of allowing shorter component production times compared to conventional processes.

Fuselage
As a specialist for complex systems, Premium AEROTEC offers its customers fully-equipped, »plug-and-fl y« metallic and CFRP fuselage sections for next-generation aircraft.
Wing subsystems
Premium AEROTEC is the main Airbus supplier for fl ap tracks, part of a wing’s high-lift system. The A380’s inboard inner fi xed leading edge is also produced by Premium AEROTEC.
Tier 1 services
Manufacturing systems – jigs & tools: Highly skilled project management, design and manufacturing of tooling, as well as assembly and commissioning of high-tech manufacturing support systems.
Fleet support: Premium AEROTEC´s air-craft on ground (AOG) crews provide as-sistance with 24/7 availability. Specialists provide maintenance, repair and overhaul (MRO) assistance at any location around the world.
Modifi cations and upgrades: Structural and electrical upgrades, modifi cations and retrofi ts for commercial and military programs.
Main lines of business
Spares: All necessary AOG spares, inclu-ding profi les, edged parts, etc., can be retrieved instantly.
Testing: Structural tests of CFRP, metal parts and components; static and fatigue testing; functional testing etc.
Short-term demands: Premium AEROTEC fulfi ls its customers special demands, even when given extremely short lead times.
