Beyond the ER: Careers in Health Care
NMC students in this “Weeks Without
Walls” explored careers in Health Care
from Occupational Therapy to
Massage to Chiropractic. They
explored careers as Paramedics,
Surgeons, and even looked into
wilderness first aid. Students were
engaged by a wide variety of
practitioners all week, and they
explored and considered the attributes
necessary for a career in health care.
