Blossom InformationLAWN CHAIRS AND RENTALS Guests on the Lawn prefer different kinds of seating. While some enjoy lying back on a blanket and listening to music under the big summer sky, others prefer to bring their own chairs to watch the evening’s activities. Please keep in mind that your chair can obstruct other people’s views. Short- legged chairs make good neighbors. Suitable rental chairs are available at the top of the hill for a rental fee of $5 per evening. Tents or other structures are strictly prohibited.
WHEELCHAIR ACCESS Accessible seating locations are available across seating price levels. If assistance is needed, uniformed staff can help.
SMITH PLAZA Patrons enter Blossom through Smith Plaza. The Plaza offers merchandise sales, guest services, First Aid stations, gardens, the Eells Gallery, an ATM, and an Information Center.
KULAS PLAZA Kulas Plaza is open to serve Cleveland Orchestra donors, series subscribers, and Box Seat holders at Festival concerts. Kulas Plaza guests have access to dedicated restrooms, concessions, and tables for pre-concert dining and intermission refreshments.
CAMERAS AND TAPE RECORDERS Cameras can be brought onto the Blossom grounds, for Festival performances only, to take pictures of your family and friends. However, in accordance with contractual agreements with the performers, the taking of pictures inside the Pavilion during performances is not permitted.
NOISE, TEXTING, AND OTHER DISTRACTIONS Please turn off your cell phone, pagers, alarms, and any otherdevice that makes noise or emits light. In consideration of other audience members, especially on the Lawn, patrons are respectfully requested to refrain from talking and making other audible distractions that might interrupt others’ enjoyment of the performance.
LATE-ARRIVING PATRONS Patrons arriving after the start of the music will be seated in the Pavilion at the first conven ient pause in the concert. Please wait at the back corners of the Pavilion so the ushers can help you find your seat(s) at an appropriate break.
