Electives
Residents will be provided experience across a variety of specialties in thirty-six blocks over the course of their three years of training. The continuity clinic
schedule will be the following: PGY-1: One half-day weekly, PGY-2: Two half-days weekly, PGY-3: Three half-days weekly.

IP Med= Family Medicine Inpatient; FMP= Family Medicine Outpatient; OB/WH= Outpatient Obstetrics and Women's Health with structured Labor &
Delivery Curriculum; Ped OP= Pediatrics Outpatient; Ped IP= Pediatrics Inpatient; ELECT= Elective; ED= Emergency Medicine, PED ED= Pediatric Emergency
Medicine SUBSPEC= Ophthalmology, Urology, Skin Disorders, Endocrinology, Infectious Disease, and/or Neurology ; BH= Behavioral Health experience;
General Surgery= General Surgery; ICU= Critical Care Medicine; CM= Community Medicine; ORTH/SM= Musculoskeletal Medicine with a structured
curriculum in Sports Medicine
Elective rotations include Cardiology, Diagnostic Imaging, Nuclear Medicine, Hematology/Oncology, Dermatology, Ophthalmology, Urology, and Sports
Medicine. Electives in Cardiology, Orthopedics, and Hematology/Oncology will include additional experience in Nuclear Medicine. Designer electives may
be approved by the program director based on a resident's area of interest, desire for further training in the area, and development of research projects.
