At Brunel we support our specialists throughout their complete assignments, which means that we take care of all their related financial, administrative and operational processes; from insurances, payroll and taxation to immigration and logistics.
Mobilisation; Brunel’s specialised teams in mobilisation, logistics and immigration deal with more than 40,000 flights and 2,000 visa & work permit applications on an annual basis. We are available to provide assistance around the clock to ensure your needs and the needs of our specialists are met every time, all the time. Payroll & Taxation; Brunel provides contracting and payroll services all around the world. Our payroll specialists run more than 40 different payroll administrations globally on a monthly basis. With their local knowledge we ensure full compliance as well as accurate and timely processing. Several clients also trust us to look after their own employees (staff) in countries where they do not have a local company registration.
Compliance; Brunel is publicly listed and works according ISO9001:2008 standards. We adhere to both internal and international codes of conduct to ensure that our services are of the highest standards. Our centralised global management system, including HSE and Quality, is based on the in-depth knowledge of local laws and legislation, embedded in all our employees operating in our offices around the world.

Vendor Inspection; Brunel’s Vendor Inspection Division has personnel in key locations throughout the world to provide you with auditing and inspection services at vendor locations and on site. This is particularly important for project parts that are not just critical through volume but also by time or quality. A local representative will keep you up-to-date with photos and reports in a pre-agreed format.
Brunel Projects; As a specialised extension to our business Brunel offers skilled craft and expert trade labour to the resources sector. During the last decade; several of Brunel’s clients have benefited from our Industrial Relations experience, logistic & roster management, training & testing capabilities as well as our remote site accommodation, catering and transportation services.
Commissioning; Brunel’s commissioning services provide critical support for the hook-up & commissioning phases of your project. This includes commissioning personnel in a multi-disciplinary team, personal protective equipment, tools, equipment, training, in-country compliances and logistic support.
POEA Licence; Brunel is the only multinational company in the industry accredited by the Philippines Overseas Employment Administration (POEA). This guarantees the compliant deployment of Filipino Engineers and workers to our global offices and client base. While the benefits of using Filipino Engineers or skilled workers in a project environment are widely known, the liabilities of not doing it correctly and compliantly are grossly underestimated.
Operations & Maintenance; Brunel provides Operation & Maintenance support for processing units, storage facilities and other installations with qualified personnel. In the Middle East we successfully held an Operations & Maintenance contract for all fire and gas systems of a LNG facility for a period of 7 years. This resulted in an achievement award of 2,000,000 man-hours without any recordable incidents.
