◦ Capable of paying more than 5,000$/month on

the installments.

◦ Within the income bracket of above

8,000$/month.

◦ Very rich, wallet full of cash.

Based on the calculations, Samir Rayan’s offer is the best alternative as the total cost is almost 10,000$ lower than HSBC. Furthermore, the monthly payment is 1,000$ less.

The poor guy is characterized as:

◦ Capable of paying up to 3,000$/month at most on

the installments.

◦ Within the income bracket of 2,000-4000$/month.

◦ Green with envy when it comes to the rich guy.

For the poor guy, Samir Rayan has the best offer, since the total interest rate and the cost are the lowest. However, Tiba requires no downpayment, and offers a monthly payment that is similar to that of Samir Rayan's, but the total cost is about 7,000$ more.
