Part-1: Body

• Create parallel plane as shown in fig -2, create sketch as shown in fig-1

• Select both outside circles and create protrusion, thickness 55mm as shown in fig-3

• Select base of protrusion as shown in fig 4, create circle of dia 99mm, fig-5

• Use swept protrusion, select sweep path, right click, select cirle of dia 99mm,

On parallel plane

• Use swept cutout, select swept path, right click, then select circle of dia75mm, click finish. Ref. Fig-1

• Use fillet, create fillet as shown in fig-2 of rad. 12mm.

• Create Threaded hole as shown. Ref Fig 3, 4 and Fig.5

• Create fillet of Rad 24mm as shown in fig-1.

• Create parallel plane as shown in fig-2, create circle of dia 250mm as shown in

fig-3. Create protrusion as shown in fig-4

• Create a parallel plane as shown in fig-1. Create circle of dia 124mm on bottom of the circular protrusion shown in fig -2 and create circle of dia 90mm on parallel plane created as shown in fig 3.

• Use lofted protrusion, select both circles which were

created, right click to accept, finish. Ref fig 4

• Create circle of dia 100mm on bottom of the circular protrusion shown in fig -1 and create circle of dia 75mm on parallel plane created as shown in fig 2.

• Use lofted cutout, select both circles which were

created, right click to accept, finish. Ref fig 3 and 4

• Cut view of the part is as shown in fig.1. Remove extra material as you can see in

fig-1, use lofted cut out again as shown in fig-2.

• Create fillet of 12mm as shown in fig 3

• Create hole of dia 21mm, depth 25mm as shown in fig-1.

• Use circular pattern to create circular array of holes. Use this procedure

• Circular pattern � Select feature � Right click to accept � Select bottom plane

of circular protrusion � choose circular pattern in tool bar � use fill �Give rad

100mm �count 6 � spacing 60o � Select center point of arc � Select a point on

the circle � Select direction � Return.

• Select xz plane, create sketch as shown in fig and create rib as shown in fig-2. Rib

thickness 12, use symmetric thickness option (Both sided arrow mark)

• Use smart mirror to create rib on the other side as shown in fig-3.

• Select YZ plane as shown in fig-1, create sketch as shown in Fig 2

• Use symmetric protrusion, use up to next. Ref Fig 3

• Select the plane as shown in fig-4. Create sketch as shown in fig 5.

• Use cut out ( use through next). Ref Fig.6

Fig.4. Create G3 thread as shown in Fig.5. Create groove and 1mm chamfer as

shown in Fig.5

1. Select top plane

2. Crete the sketch as shown in figure

3. Use symmetric protrusion command, height-9 mm to create features as shown in

figure. Create threaded hole as shown.

4. Select XZ plane, create sketch as shown in fig. use revolved cutout (outside cut) to create

features as shown in figure. Mirror to other side.

Part-5Lock nut M20

Save the previous part (Lock M20 Nut) as

M20 Nut change thickness to 16 mm
