Weekly SkillsThis week we will:
Reading: Review phonics skills, phonemic awareness, comprehension skills, review high frequency words, segment, blend, and count phonemes. Review standards and skills that need more attention.
Conventions: Review prepositions, prepositional phrases, and review adverbs. We will also review other standards that presented a challenge for students.
Math : Review measurement, time, place value, adding and subtracting 2/3 digit numbers, and add and subtract within 20. Build fluency of subtraction/addition facts.
Social Studies/Science: Study animal habitats, survival traits of animals and food chains. No Spelling Words
Review grade level word lists that were sent home previously
