CAROL ANN WACHTER
Carol Ann Wachter studied at the School of the Art Institute of Chicago. She has exhibited through out the U.S. and France and has actively taught painting over the past 15 years
in New York, Connecticut and now Colorado. Her style of painting has been influenced by abstract expressionism and compared to DeKooning and Pollock. The New York Times
described it as possessing a “distinct sense of fragility ...abets the sense of emergency... It’s an unsettling synthesis...” She currently lives in Boulder, CO.
