Formed in 1992 by Champlain College, University of Vermont Medical

Center (formerly Fletcher Allen) and the University of Vermont.

Mission To jointly plan and manage safe, convenient and economical

parking and transportation in ways that better coordinate land use and

reduce environmental impacts.
