WHAT IS CHEVENING?
We are funded by the UK Foreign, Commonwealth and Development Office (FCDO) and partner organisations. Our scholars gain world-class master’s degrees, develop personally and professionally and go on to join our diverse community of over 50,000 global alumni.
Successful Chevening candidates come from a diverse range of countries and backgrounds, but they all demonstrate the passion, vision and skills needed to shape a better world.
It doesn’t matter where you come from. It’s where you’re going that counts.

The thing I’ve enjoyed the most about Chevening is meeting people that are incredibly diverse, from different countries and walks of life; from
different fields, all coming together to change the world.
