Mazel Tov to Dr. Edo & Atarah Lavi on the
Aufruf this Shabbos of their son Moshe and

The Aliyah l’Torah will take place at “Rabbi
David’s Shul” and the Kiddush will follow in
BTYA’s Ulam Shabsai.
Mazel Tov to Mrs. Perl Adler on the birth of a
great-grandson! Mrs Adler is the wife of the late
R' Graenim Adler, the beloved Kohein, who
graced our Shul for so many years. We still miss
him; may the new great-grandchild provide a
nechama for the whole family. The bris was Friday in Beitar.

• R’ Shmuel Katz’s shiur is learning Hilchos
Chanukah in the Mishnah Berurah. Sun-
Thu 8:30-9:15pm in the Beis Medrash or
Mon-Fri 8:15-9:00am in the Vasikin Room • The Rav’s Minchas Chinuch shiur has
switched to learning the sugyos of
Chanukah in maseches Shabbos. 8:20pm
to about 9 pm in the Beis Medrash.
• Rabbi Padowitz’s gemara shiur will also be
learning the sugyas of Chanukah in
maseches Shabbos. 10:15-11:00am in the vasikin room.

Chevra Chaburah R’ Jonathan Sassen will be giving this week’s
chaburah on the topic:
SUN, RAIN, AND WORLD
DOMINATION There will be a light Kiddush
in the Beis Medrash
immediately after Shacharis
on Shabbos before the 20
minute chaburah.
